I. The Termguard Ultimate System comprises of
a full and complete under slab network of lines and a separate
Perimeter System to enable total replenishment of the termiticide
throughout the life of the home or building.
II. The maximum area that any one System can cover is 2,150
sq. ft.: larger structures will require multiple Systems.
III. The under slab System is fed by a central 11⁄2"
uPVC manifold that branches off to 3/4" uPVC perforated
pipes that are evenly spaced under the slab. uPVC pipes are
extruded from a straight Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride
compound.
IV. The 11⁄2" feeder manifold terminates within
a childproof trap aesthetically place in the pathway, lawn
or garden bed of the structure.
V. The initial application and re-application of the termiticide
is injected into the System via the injection point located
within the childproof trap eliminating any unauthorized contact
with the injection points or the termiticides.
VI. The Perimeter of the structure is protected by the Perimeter
System, which encircles the external perimeter of the home
or building, and has its injection points located within a
childproof trap.
VII. The Perimeter System continues around the home or building
and each section is terminated with a 3/4" uPVC end cap
with a distribution hole in its end.
VIII. The Perimeter Systems are installed within 4" of
the edge of the slab or brickwork and is covered with Termguard
Permecover.
IX. The Permecover assists with the distribution of the termiticide
and acts as a filter to prevent contaminates from entering
the System.
